The article is called Three Wishes by Erin Pavlina. The topic of the article was: If you could have three wishes, what would they be? The only person you have the right to change is yourself, so don’t change the world. Erin Pavlina realized the genie in the lamp is actually inside of you. You are the genie in your own life. You need thoughtful wishes and if you work hard toward them, you’ll grant your own wishes.
I agree with Erin Pavlina. Only you can grant your wishes. A genie is inside of you but you need to work hard to earn your wishes. People who don’t work hard, are not just going to stumble upon a $1 million. Hard working people can achieve their goals. Isn’t that what wishes really are, just goals that you want accomplished?
I am choosing the theme of cake decorating. One of my wishes would be to do an internship with Buddy Valastro. I want to learn more techniques from him. My second wish would be to own a successful bakery. My goal is to own a bakery and be a cake decorator. My third wish would be to become a successful cake decorator. If I’m going to decorate cakes, I want to make others happy with the product.

2: the proper sphere or extent of your activities; "it was his
province to take care of himself" [syn: province]
3: a form of trustworthiness; the trait of being answerable to
someone for something or being responsible for one's
conduct; "he holds a position of great responsibility"
[syn: responsibleness] [ant: irresponsibility, irresponsibility]
